Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means that after receiving your article, you have 30 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as the one you received, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You still need a receipt or a purchase receipt.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall be responsible for the shipping cost. The specific cost should be determined based on the Courier company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer does not need to bear the shipping cost for this reason.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label indicating how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a request for return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
After receiving your order, please check it. If the product is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. Then we can assess the problem and solve it for you.

 

Exceptions/items that do not allow returns
Certain types of items may not be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of dangerous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific article, please contact us.

Promotional items or gift vouchers cannot be returned.

 

Exchange
The fastest way to get the desired item is to return it and purchase a new item separately after the return is accepted.

 

The legal cooling period in the European Union is 14 days
Subject to the above regulations, if the goods are sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without giving any reason. As mentioned above, your items must be in the same condition as the ones you receive, not worn out or unused, and have labels and original packaging. You still need a receipt or a purchase receipt.

 

Refund
When we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will notify you and let you know whether the return has been approved. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded within 10 working days through the original payment method. Please remember that it may take the bank or credit card company some time to process and pay the refund.
